Nicole Cardano will deliver four improvisation workshops for children at the Bass Harbor Memorial Library on Sundays--May 26, June 23, July 21, and August 25--from 1-3pm. Children ages 5-10 are invited to sign up for the afternoon of improv games, positive communication, and expressive play.
Chicago-trained improviser, Nicole Cardano, grew up on MDI. She majored in Theatre at St. Michael's College in Vermont. In her summers, she performed in Southwest Harbor as a Deck House Player. Ms. Cardano has directed with Acadia Community Theatre, taught improv, sketch, and advanced drama at the Summer Festival of the Arts and performed at Improv Acadia.
