An Exhibit of paintings by Linda Rowell-Kelley, entitled "Monhegan Inspiration" in on display through December. Rowell-Kelley discovered Monhegan Island eight years ago and has gone once or twice a year ever since. She writes, "As an artist, one of the most important parts of being on Monhegan is the light. I love the way the natural light frames the structures and nature and also the lack of light when the sun goes down.... The collection of current work includes the places on Monhegan that speak to me, like the red house, the dock as seen from Fish Beach, the lighthouse door, the one room schoolhouse (shown here), or looking up at Horn Hill."
